By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to this waiver for joining the school and that I am the student or the legal guardian of the student. I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in martial arts training, including but not limited to physical injuries, strains, and sprains. I agree to release and hold harmless the school, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with their participation in martial arts classes or events organized by the school. I also acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with a physician before starting any physical exercise program and that I am solely responsible for maintaining my own health and well-being during my time at the school. Photo Release I give my permission to use my or my child's photograph publicly to promote the school. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online social media publications, presentations, websites, and advertisements. I also understand that no royalty fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
